Telehealth therapy for adults and couples across Minnesota — wherever you are, whenever it fits your schedule.
Whether it's generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, or the relentless hum of chronic stress, therapy can help you understand what's driving it — and build real strategies to manage it.
Depression can look different for everyone — persistent sadness, numbness, low motivation, or a sense that life has lost its color. Life transitions — divorce, job loss, relocation, loss — can compound all of it. Therapy creates space to process and move forward.
Couples work is most effective when both partners are willing to look honestly at the patterns between them. I provide a structured, direct space to improve communication, break conflict cycles, and rebuild connection.
This is a space free from judgment. Concerns about intimacy and sexuality — whether personal or relational — can impact confidence, connection, and overall wellbeing. These conversations deserve the same care as any other.
Goal-oriented work that focuses on strengths and what's already working — building practical steps toward positive change.
Skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and finding balance between acceptance and change.
Structured work to identify and shift the thought patterns and behaviors that keep you stuck.
Aetna, Medica, United Healthcare, Optum, and Medical Assistance accepted. All major credit and debit cards accepted. Evening and weekend appointments available (limited).
If I'm not in your insurance network, you can still work with me. I can provide a detailed receipt — called a "superbill" — that you can submit to your insurance company independently for possible reimbursement.
Many plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits. It's worth calling your insurer to ask about your coverage before your first session.
The first session is an intake and assessment — a chance for us to get to know each other, talk through what brought you to therapy, and start forming a picture of your goals. It's conversational, not clinical. You can ask me questions too.
Yes. You can schedule a brief 15-minute consultation before committing to a full session. It's a no-pressure way to get a feel for my style, ask questions, and decide if it feels right.
Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person for most concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Many clients actually find they open up more easily from the comfort of their own space.
Most clients start with weekly sessions, then gradually move to every other week as progress is made. We'll figure out the right rhythm together based on what you need and what works with your schedule.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Life happens — just communicate early and we'll work it out.
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. There are limited legal exceptions (such as imminent safety concerns), which I'll explain clearly in your intake paperwork. Outside of those, what you share stays between us.
